  • How can I invite my friends?

  • How many times will the code work?

    There is no limit on how many people may use your code. The discount, however, will work only for the first order of the new customer.

  • How do I use my earned credit?

    Please contact our Customer Support before paying for the order, if you want to use your credit. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund you the full amount if you've forgotten to use credit. The feature to apply credit automatically will be available in a few weeks.

  • I have invited a friend, but I do not see credit added to my account. What's wrong?

    Please note that in order for the credit to be added to your account, a few conditions need to be met. Your friend needs to place an order with us and pay for it. Once the order is paid, credit should be added to your balance within 5-10 minutes. If it's still not there after you refresh the page, please contact our Customer Support and we will help you.

  • Is there a limit on how many people I can invite?

    The sky is the limit, so no, there is no upper limit for you. If you think you can bring in dozens of people, you are welcome to get in touch with us for further cooperation.

  • Can I withdraw the money I earned?
